Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 April 2026

1. Introduction

TIA Luxury Cars ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard personal data when you visit tialuxury.co.uk or use our chauffeur, private jet, close-protection or concierge services. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services:

  • Contact details you provide via our quote form, phone, email or WhatsApp (name, phone, email).
  • Service details needed to fulfil your booking (pickup location, dates, vehicle preference, itinerary).
  • Technical data automatically collected by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and analytics purposes.
  • Cookie preferences stored locally on your device.

3. Legal Basis

We process your personal data under the following UK GDPR legal bases:

  • Contract — to take steps to enter into, or perform, a service contract with you.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and improve our website.
  • Consent — where we ask for optional consent (e.g. marketing, non-essential cookies).
  • Legal obligation — to comply with accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to confirm and coordinate bookings, communicate with you about your requests, arrange ground transport, aviation, protection and concierge services with our vetted partners, issue invoices and receipts, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We share the minimum necessary information with trusted partners who help us deliver services: chauffeurs, aviation operators, vetted close-protection providers, hotels, restaurants and venues. All partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also share data with our hosting, email and payment providers under standard processor agreements.

6. International Transfers

Our services operate across London, Paris, Cannes and Mykonos. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or UK–EU adequacy decisions.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and for up to seven years afterwards to meet UK accounting and tax obligations. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and an optional preference cookie that remembers your consent choice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption, restricted access controls and secure hosting. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on this page along with an updated effective date.
